Description
British Road Services was established in 1948 after the nationalisation of Britains road haulage industry. Deliveries were made all over the United Kingdom in all kinds of weather, none could have been much worse than the highlands of Scotland, Cumbria or the Pennines to name a few. In the days before motorways, drivers would have to dig their own lorry out, helped by other drivers, they were true "Knights of the Road" The print size is aprox. 15 x 12 inches and is an open edition.
