Devizes Jigsaw

Description

“Devizes” is a pure time piece painting by Robin Pinnock, it portrays Devizes station in the 1950’s on the branch line connecting Thingley Junction and Westbury. Many of the locomotives had just been outshopped from nearby Swindon Works after a full overhaul which included new paintwork and polished copper topped chimneys. Sadly the scene is now just a carpark, but a visit there today will still reveal the tunnel mouth which can give you your bearings. This 1000 piece puzzle while surely stir a few wonderfull memories.
